Audrey Howard Watts
Operations Manager, 11 Years
Audrey began her association with Classic Design Services in July of 2000. She was brought into the company as the Client Services Manager to direct the efforts of the customer service representative staff. Audrey came to us with wealth of experience
beginning in 1987 as an associate in the Rich's Interior Design Studio for ten years; Expediter positions for Beverly Hall Furniture Galleries and the Beacon Hill Showroom at ADAC followed.
Audrey currently serves as the Operations Manager at Classic Design Services where along with managing delivery and warehouse operations, she maintains a small select group of design clients. She also lends her expertise to the sales staff with
logistical assistance concerning Interior Designer and specialty installations. Audrey studied economics at Vanderbilt University and has participated in various interior design trade organizations.
Eric L. Franklin
Dispatch Manager, 22 Years
Eric began working with Vintage Transport Services in 1989 as a local and long distance driver. He was soon regarded as one of the company's most efficient installers for interior design installations and household moves. Serving in this capacity
for thirteen years, he later assumed the role of Dispatch Manager for Classic Design Services.
Eric's responsibilities include handling local driver scheduling, and responding to all routing needs and issues. A twenty-two year veteran of the transportation industry, Eric specializes in solving "logistical nightmares" with ease.
Client Services Representative, 19 Years
Louis began his service with Vintage Transport as a local delivery driver. His much admired abilities soon led to his role as warehouse manager; a position that he held for ten years, and resumed after the acquisition of Vintage Transport. Louis
has managed warehouses with several logistics corporations, and has also worked as a delivery driver and customer service representative with the Classic Companies.
Louis' vast logistics experience and excellence in organization and planning provides Classic with an employee who always exceeds customer expectations. He not only manages the accounts of numerous well-known designers, architects and furniture
manufacturers, but also coordinates both local and long-distance installations.
With over twenty-five years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, Mark Lazenberry is the ideal example of what is needed in a quality warehouse manager. He began his tenure at Beverly Hall Furniture in 1985 as a local driver
As the company grew from one store to seven stores, so did Mark's responsibilities. In 1990, he was promoted from Dispatch Manager to Warehouse and Delivery Manager, where he was primarily responsible for the company-wide logistics of warehousing
and transport. In 2004, Mark also served as Project Manager for Beverly Hall. In this position he was heavily involved in organizing warehouse sales, and coordinating large client installations. With superb problem solving skills, and expertise
in inventory control, Mark proves to be an invaluable asset to both the Classic family as well as our valued customers.
Marketing and Sales Manager, 5 Years
Tiffany began her tenure with the Classic companies in 2006, where she was assigned to coordinate and generate long distance sales for Vintage Transport Services. Her responsibilities soon expanded to include the management of several high-end flagship
showrooms and Interior Design accounts. In this capacity, she served as a liaison to Interior Designers, and developed an expertise in coordinating design installations and logistics throughout the continental US.
Tiffany studied Interior Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communications. With a true passion for the creative arts and Interior Design, Tiffany currently operates as the Marketing and Sales
Manager at Classic Design Services, where she not only works to support the Interior Design community, but also provides awareness on the importance of effective and quality logistics services.
Client Services Representative, 15 Years
A member of the Classic family since 1993, Scott brings a wealth of skill and expertise to his position as Client Services Representative. As an experienced driver and "hanging aficionado", Scott incorporates his knowledge of deliveries and art
installations to service his diverse clientele, consisting primarily of Interior Designers, showrooms, furniture manufacturers, and retailers.
Many customers rely on Scott's adept ability to produce the most comprehensive and accurate installation estimates, which is primarily due to his ten years of experience as a delivery lead man and installer. A valued asset to the Classic company
brands, Scott is revered as a "guru" representative for coordinating large residential deliveries and installations.

Carol has been an employee of Classic Design Services for eleven years, serving as a Client Services Representative for multiple showrooms and Interior Designers in the Atlanta area.
In this capacity, Carol facilitates full and small household moves, scheduling, inventory management, and other customer related issues. Carol takes pride in solving customer "opportunities", and has established long-lasting rapport with many of

Angela brings a wealth of expertise to Classic Design Services, having been in the transportation industry for twenty-two years. Angela managed the dispatch and routing needs of Classic Furniture Delivery prior to the acquisition by Classic Design
Currently serving as a Client Services Representative, Angela is responsible for managing a number of retail store and designer showroom accounts. Whether scheduling deliveries to solving customer service inquiries, Angela is equipped with the know-how
to handle a wide array of transportation needs.
Claims Manager / Restoration Shop Supervisor, 8 Years
After ten years as owner and COO of Classic Furniture Delivery, Inc., Guy brought his business to Classic Design Services in 2003. Since arriving at Classic, Guy's business and executive background has allowed him to serve in several managerial
capacities. As the Claims Manager, Guy oversees the Restoration Shop and Crating Shop. He also handles several aspects of Building Operations, including warehouse supplies, waste and recycling.
Guy has a BS from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Hartford. Prior to his shift to the transportation and logistics industry, he was Director of Business Development for a power plant manufacturer serving the utility, industrial and

Shanara began her experience in the transport industry in 2006 when she was hired as the receptionist for Classic Design Services. As the initial face of customer contact, Shanara fostered several client relationships. She then began assisting with
sales in our long distance division, Vintage Transport Services.
As a Client Services Representative, she now manages a number of retail showroom accounts, coordinating pickups and deliveries throughout the continental United States.
Household Moves Consultant, 12 Years
Highly acknowledged for her strength in move planning and coordination, Billie Sims has been responsible for managing the household moves division of Classic Design Services since 1999. With over twenty-nine years of experience in the moving and
logistics industry, Billie has facilitated countless residential moves and relocations, both small and large. Billie studied at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and obtained both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, and a Master's
of Science in Urban Transportation and Planning.
Her expertise in planning and logistics has proven to be beneficial to our household moves division; Billie not only ensures that each move has enough manpower, equipment and time allocated, but also takes proper measures to alleviate undue stress
or damage to furniture. Her attention to detail will put you at ease, with having high regards to organization and price accuracy.
